Rental terms for 2 bedroom apartment with pool
Our apartment is available for rental all year round,whether it be for a romantic weekend, a weeks break, a fortnights family holiday or even longer to escape the cold, wet, British winter. The availabilty calander is always upto date.
Rental Prices
The advertised prices are per week and include all linen, towels (not beach towels), water and electicity, a twice weekly cleaning service and use of all the facilities on the site.
Mid week and weekend break prices are also available at £30 GBP per night low and mid season, at £35 GBP per night high and peak season.
Long term rentals(up to 8 weeks) are also available. Contact us for details.
Welcome packs are available and are priced on customers own requirements.
Payment terms
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required payable with balance of rental fee to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.
A booking deposit of £50 per week,of the rental fee, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival,(for bookings less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date ,the full amount will be due on booking).
Information with regard to payment will be given on confirmation of booking.

Apr- OctDec-Jan £175
